I collaborated with a team of UX and social designers to develop a trusted, multilingual platform that helps older adults navigate government benefit applications. Taking a user through key stages, it guides users through document collection, application preparation, and tracking, while enabling collaboration with case managers.

I managed the project, organizing field research, conducting expert interviews, facilitating design ideation and development, concept testing with users, and designing the service of the concept.
